AlefDesignCorp is the working extension of Modomo. Our crews of experienced mechanics carry out many of the operations necessary in both the residential design potential and for our commercial and retail clients as well. In the commercial and retail world Alef Design works with finishes such as paint application both traditional and sprayed finishes. We also work to either restore existing wall surfaces or renew through sheetrock/tape/spackle or skimcoat, laminate application, wallcovering application, and experimental uses of building materials such as concrete board as wall surface. We have worked in many food chain stores such as ShopRite along with high end retail paint and fixture installations at Saks Fifth Ave, Jimmy Choo, Vacheron Constantin, Monica Vinader, and MM6. Alef Design has the capability to have fixtures produced, shipped, and  installed anywhere in the US based upon a clients design package.

Commercial

From intumescent fire retardant coatings for steel support structures to large square footage roof deck/web painting to wall refinishing, we have done it all. Night or Day we have brought projects to completion meeting all deadlines.

Exteriors

Changing standing seam roof color without the worry of failure is now possible with advances in paint bonding technology. We work close with various distributors to offer multi-year product warranties along with our 1 year workmanship guarantee. From split face block clear waterproofing to graffiti protection we find solutions to common building maintenance inquiries.

Retail

Having worked in the retail millwork installation arena for over 5years we have the experience working in high end department store settings for shop in shops to the Madison Ave boutique. Our services include installation, wall and ceiling finishes, along with specialty coatings. We have the capability to have millwork produced from client design drawings, shipped and installed onsite as well.
